It was my first time in Livermore and we were invited to eat there, and I loved it, the service was excellent, I congratulate you for your waiters were very attentive, and the food delicious. I highly recommend them.
We ordered and waited for over an hour to get our food. The waiter never checked in or updated us once during the hour. Our waiter was apparently the manager too. Their birthday tradition was force feeding my 69 year old mother a shot she didn't ask for. Inappropriate behavior towards your paying customers. They refused to comp anything on the bill after the experience. It's no wonder this place was empty during a Saturday lunch hour.
Just went last week for my seven-year-old nephew's birthday! Customer service was excellent. Our waiter made sure our water was topped off and we had chips and salsa at all times. Food was great and it came out hot. Great place to have a birthday they come out and sing to you plus they give the birthday kid a sombrero!!!
Pretty good for a "sit-down" Mexican restaurant. Way too much food though. Bring someone to share it with.
Good food and good atmosphere! Great happy hour.
Absolutely delicious! Service is top notch as well. Well worth the 20 minute drive.
I really liked the decor and good drinks. Not the best Mexican food Ive had. Also a little pricey..
Good food 😊 pricey but food quality is superb always on their game. The bar menus during happy hour is amazing
Awesome food and service! Kept everyone 6ft apart.
I loved the salsa and chips. They can make a great burrito. DO NOT ORDER ANY KIND OF STEAK HERE. The chefs do not know how to cook a steak. So undercooked. I've sent back my food twice already.
A lot of fat on the shredded beef and the refried beans are not smashed enough, leaves whole beans. Salsa is not chunkyOnly thing that was good was the chips
The food is really good it was a lot had to take it home to much.
Good food and excellent service. Allowed all the cousins to just visit for an extended period with no hassle. Thank you guys for that..
Tequila choices r good quality!!! Food not so much.
Outdoor seating under umbrella was enjoyable for lunch.
Happy Hour is where it's at! Had the veggie burrito, it was HUGE! And it wasn't even the Super Burrito either. It came bigger than my friend's chimichanga. Thursday happy hour margaritas were only $4.95!
Absolutely delicious food, great drinks, and pleasant attentive staff and servers.
Awesome ambiance, good service, extremely expensive for very average food.
Bad service, bad food. Far from authentic. Over priced and gross for what it is
Casa Orozco is one of my little sister's favorite restaurants. We went to have a great time, catch up and enjoy excellent food and service. Prices are affordable. Recommend 100%
Much better food than $1 tacos on Tuesdays at other places. $7 dollars for 4 and you get a legit amount of meat. Way more choices than just fish, chicken, beef and pork. Pepe the bartender is awesome too.
Awesome food! Great tequila shots!!!
Better than the Pleasanton location (cleaner, better service). Standard "Mexican" food restaurant. Food is is consistent, service as well. Good place to watch a sports game in the bar. Bar tenders are chill, and attentive.
Consistently good food and a warm friendly atmosphere.
Great meal had a good time with family wonderful service. HAPPY BIRTHDAY SHOT FOR GREG.
The food is nothing special. Ambiance is ok. Probably won't go back
The barbacoa was really good
Good food good service healthy portions
Awesome guacamole, good food and drinks! The salsa was good. I asked for something hotter, they brought something that was green, but not any hotter. Not just my opinion, the others in the party questioned it being hotter also. Bottom line, it was a great meal.
Amazing food, great variety in liqour choices, friendly welcoming service. Always a yummy good time! =)
Horrible service. They left out a bunch of food that I ordered to go. I’ll never recommend or come here again
A nice place to have a really good Mexican meal. Friendly service and decent prices.
Had large group... excellent food nice ambient
Great place, excellent premium tequilas, very good mexican food...
Beautiful interior. The food is also delectable.
Maybe LA spoiled me, but this food was just really middling. Mango "martini" tasted like margarita mix tossed into a glass with an overly-salted rim. The prices are absolute highway robbery for a lower-quality version of what you could get from one of the other cheaper (and delicious!) Mexican spots in Livermore. I guess it wouldn't be so bad if the place had ambiance but it felt like a Chili's.Service was great! And it seemed like a great place to take family and friends who are visiting. Glad we finally tried it out to dispel the mystery.
Love the drinks and patio here. Good is delicious as well, especially any of the camarones dishes :-)
Nice atmosphere . Close to chevys experience
This place has pretty good 5-star Mexican food which is brought down by the lackluster service. It’s not that they are bad or rude in any way - to the contrary, they are exceptionally nice wait staff. Unfortunately, I am pretty sure that in an effort to save money the place is understaffed, so be ready for a wait, especially if you are here at prime time. The place is also a bit pricey on their favorites, with 20$ for some of the plates being the norm. A simple one meat burrito runs about 9.75$. It is kid-friendly with a separate kids menu and crayons for them to draw with. The atmosphere is very nice with a Spanish-style building and courtyard. There are heaters outside for those chilly livermore evenings, and windows that can be opened wide or closed to ward off the breeze. The interior is very pretty, a good place to have a family dinner if you aren’t in a hurry and don’t mind spending a bit more money. Not a bad place, just a few flaws that would be pretty easy to fix.
Great food. Great Margs. Not crowded
About as authentic as you can get around here. This place has really friendly staff, a full bar, and a really great menu. Come in hungry, and leave happy.
Ordered take out last night, chicken quesadilla and taco's el carbon. My son picked up the food. I noticed the charge on my credit card was $42. Ouch, I was way over charged, so I looked for the receipt so I could see where the error was and none could be found. They did not include a receipt. Be careful as you might get ripped off like I did. I won't be back.
Always a great experience! Fast service & delicious food.
What an experience! Every Mexican restaurant in Livermore has disappointed, but not the case with casa orozco. The first time in a long time where the meat in my burrito wasn't full of gristle and bites that I had to spit out. DELICIOUS beans with a generous portion of cheese (ridiculous amount of cheese).Overall a great experience, ready for a nap. THERE'S LOVE IN THE FOOD
Most of the food here is pretty good and I love the Chili Verde best in town. Try the Burrito Ole with Chili Verde FantasticThe prices are ridiculously high especially the drinks. Mexican food is cheap to make They charge too much $$$
Great service. They always accommodate our big party. Wonderful food selection.
Jalapeno margarita was too spicy. Decor is rich. My niece did not like that they don't serve Queso dip. I did not like Nacho Grande - cheese was scarce. Nachos were cold.
Pretty pricey for food that's aight. Great prompt service though and that's whye I gave 4 stars instead of 3
Very bad customer service. All the veggies in my burritos were old and stinking.
One of my all time favorite Mexican restaurants.
